Proudly born and raised in Oregon, Parham’s journey as a first-generation graduate from Portland State University ignited his passion for connecting with people and understanding their unique stories. As a dedicated member of the Retirement Plans Team, Parham is committed to guiding clients towards a fulfilling retirement and fostering relationships rooted in trust and shared success.

In his free time, Parham likes to visit the Oregon coast with his family, attempt new recipes in the kitchen, and read a good book. He loves exploring Portland’s diverse nature, food, and music with friends, while making new ones along the way.
